In 2018, I had a heart attack.
It wasn’t just a health scare. It was a jolt, a moment that forced me to stop and think about everything.
My life, my future, the way I had been living. I didn’t want pity. That wasn’t what I needed. What I needed was clarity. A chance to truly see my life, the world around me, and how far we’ve drifted from what I believe is natural.
Looking back now, I realize how much that moment opened my eyes. Ever since, I’ve been deeply, ongoingly reflecting on how I could have lived my life differently. What kind of person have I become? And perhaps most importantly, how did I contribute to the world around me?
This isn’t some philosophical musing—it’s a real question I’ve grappled with.
Over the years, I’ve watched society evolve. I’ve seen it all in my lifetime: a shift from connection and family to isolation and self-interest. People are more disconnected from each other and the world than ever before.
There's a confusing noise of short-term fixes and shallow distractions. It breaks my heart to see it. It’s not the way we were meant to live.
Once, we understood nature's rhythms and the Earth's cycles.
We knew how to fit into this world. Not to dominate or exploit it, but to live with it. We’ve lost touch with that. And for a while, I didn’t know how to fix it.
But now I do.
I dream of a world where we live in harmony with Nature. Not because it’s trendy or the “right thing to do,” but because it’s the only way that makes sense. A world where we don’t just acknowledge the Earth’s power—we respect it, celebrate it, and live in tune with it.
I’m not talking about perfection or some idyllic fantasy world. But about real change. The kind of change that comes from within us.
The heart attack was the start of my journey. It’s when I began asking deeper questions—not about myself, but about everything. What am I doing with my time? What do I value? What’s truly worth holding on to?
And the answers weren’t as easy as I hoped they’d be.
But they led me to a simple realization. The things I cherish most:
health,
freedom,
family,
authenticity
are the parts I need to build my life around. And I'm convinced, deep down, this is the truth for all of us.
This is why I created the FARMISH Mindset. It wasn’t about a catchy acronym. It’s about a way of living, a way of thinking. A way of doing business that aligns with the most important parts of life.
Things like sustainability, integrity, and connection.
The more I reflected on it, the more I realized that what we need isn’t another set of rules. We need a new approach to living. One that takes into account who we are, where we’ve been, and where we want to go.
This isn’t about leading a movement, per se. I’m not here to tell you how to live. I’m here to invite you to think differently.
To challenge what you’ve been told. What you’ve accepted as “normal.” There’s a shift that needs to happen—and not just in what we do, but in how we think.
We’ve got to dig deeper.
Beyond the surface and distractions.
Beyond the noise of modern life. We have to reconnect with what’s real.
This is where I am right now: standing at the crossroads of who I was and who I want to become. But I’m not here to do it alone.
If anything, the more I learn, the more I realize how much we need each other in this journey. I can’t change the world on my own. But together? We could start something that matters.
We could question the status quo. We could seek what works and matters.
I’m not offering easy answers.
But I’m offering a perspective—a way of seeing the world that might make everything click. And maybe, just maybe, it’ll start a ripple effect that reaches further than we can imagine.
Thank you for reading. I hope you can relate somehow to my thoughts.
