Hello Millennial
It’s a sad fact and part of history.
I'm no different. I’ve been exactly that person. Obsessively googling “best diet” at 2 a.m:
Keto,
Paleo
Atkins
Vegetarian
Calories Counting
Intermittent fasting
You name it. I’ve tried it. And guess what? They all work.
Until they don’t.
If you’re nodding along, welcome to the club of diet overthinkers. Let’s unpack why we’re stuck and how to break free from this cycle of healthy eating madness. The answer might surprise you. The results will convince you...
Healthy Eating for What?
Think about it: Why do we even care about healthy eating? You'll find more reasons for that problem than you see snails on a hot summer day. Most of us want to shed these ugly belly rings. Or the famous man boobs. Others aim to maintain their dream weight. And a few lucky ones - they just want to feel less like a bloated balloon after meals.
It’s all about goals—weight loss, more energy, clear skin, and less joint pain. You got it.
Whatever your reason, healthy eating shouldn’t feel like solving a Rubik’s Cube in the dark. Let’s cut the noise and get real.
Where You Are Today
Chances are, you’ve been down this road. Have you tried Keto and missed bread like crazy? Went vegan only to binge on Oreos (because, surprise, they’re vegan)?
Or maybe you gave up on intermittent fasting? Because you realized skipping breakfast makes you hangry and you become a societal danger by 11 a.m.
Been there, done that, and it’s exhausting. Let’s face it: Diet hopping is the worst fitness treadmill—you're out of breath, out of money. And somehow still out of pants that fit.
Why It Doesn’t Work Like You Want
Here’s the brutal truth: diets are like cheap Chinese fireworks—flashy but short-lived. They’re built on restriction and rules. And worst of all - the promise of quick results. And while you might drop a few pounds at first, it’s like trying to fill a leaky bucket. The weight creeps back because you never fixed the root problem. Your toxic relationship with food.
Let’s Have a Look at History
Our ancestors didn’t sit around. Not as much as we do. And they never changed their diet. Or even discussed it. But we? We're debating macros or counting calories. Hmmm? 🤔
But they left us some impressive heritage. Detailed pictures of their food. Cave paintings all around the world show us what their meals looked like.
And guess what? Nowhere do they show broccoli, avocados, or a bowl of cereals.
Nope.
Without exception.
It's always about hunting and animals. And big chunks of meat, and some berries. They ate what was available and didn’t stress about it.
Even medieval feasts centered around roasted meats. Fast forward to today, and guess what the rich and powerful still serve? Steak, lamb, ribs. No one is passing around tofu at a royal banquet.
Think about it.
The takeaway? Humans thrive on meat and simplicity. Not the convoluted rules we’ve made for ourselves.
Simplicity Is Key in Life
Ever feel like you need a PhD in nutrition to figure out your meals? See, that's the problem. The more complicated a diet is, the faster we crash and burn. The best approach? Make it simple. And keep it that way.
But Red Meat Will Kill You
Let’s address the elephant (or cow) in the room: red meat. For years, experts have told us it’s a one-way ticket to heart disease. Imagine the money needed to convince the world that danger lurks in the most natural things!
But here’s the thing: the science is murky at best. Depending on who financed the studies, you get the results and the blame.
Red meat isn’t the villain that people have painted it to be. In fact, it’s packed with nutrients your body craves.
And don't get me started on the production methods. You can do it using sustainable and environment-friendly methods. (There's not only the CAFO way... But, that topic is for another day)
The real culprits? Sugar, seed oils, and ultra-processed junk.
Carnivore and the Outcome
Let’s talk about the carnivore diet. Sometimes also called the lions diet but with a slightly difference. Essentially, it's eating mostly (or only) meat, eggs, and animal fats.
Sounds extreme, right?
But this way of eating simplifies everything. Imagine how easy shopping becomes. No labels to check. And no endless cooking experiments. Just nutrient-dense, satisfying meals.
And the results? Steady energy, no cravings, and no more post-meal food comas.
Famous Carnivores and Their Reasons
The carnivore scene gains traction. Especially, since many vegans start to suffer from their unnatural diet.
You don't believe me?
Look up on YouTube the search term "ex-vegan". The horrible health decline and the suffering are heartbreaking. And for some, the vegan experiment ends up in irreversible health damage. So sad.
But there are the explorers of the "back to the roots" way of eating.
The most famous ones, you ask?
Dr. Jordan Peterson and his daughter Mikhaila. They became poster children for the carnivore lifestyle. For them, it wasn’t about weight loss—it was about reclaiming their health.
Joint pain? Gone.
Chronic fatigue? History.
Allergies, skin problems, you name it.
The list is long. And the success stories aren't to hide anymore.
The Missing Link to Reconnect
We’ve lost touch with what our bodies need. We try to outsmart our genetic heritage. We’ve swapped Nature for convenience.
The result? It’s wrecking our health.
Or do you see more healthy and fit people than twenty years ago?
The solution isn’t another trendy diet. It's much simpler. Get over the official food pyramid and let go of the propaganda behind it. Start asking questions.
Do your research. Among many others, this book is a very good start. Reconnect with our primal roots and enjoy life as what we are.
Meat is the missing link. The bridge back to a healthier you. Will you cross it?
Is It Worth a Try?
Take it from me: I spent decades on the hamster wheel of failed diets.
My weight? Always too much.
In August 2018, Nature presented the bill. A heart attack. My wake-up call.
And the start of healthier habits.
It was the moment I ditched the processed junk, the sugars and upped my meat intake. Everything changed.
No more bloating. No reflux. Regular digestion.
Even better focus.
And finally, sustainable weight loss.
It All Starts With Little Steps
But let us be very clear here.
You can't expect your body to adapt instantly.
Not after all that crap you ate in the past! So, don’t go from zero to carnivore overnight.
You’ll hate me for it.
Start small. Replace sugary snacks with hard-boiled eggs. Swap seed oils for butter or lard. Gradually cut out processed carbs. And raise your meat and fish intake slowly.
Your digestion will thank you, and you’ll stick with it longer. With a good chance to never look back...
Final Thoughts
Healthy eating doesn’t have to feel like a second job. Simplify. Trust your body. Remember from where we evolved.
And most importantly, be patient.

Anyone that has blood type O should eat this type because of our DNA. We are hunters annd the original blood type- it is very healthy for us. I eat two to three steaks a week. I eat red meat every day and I’m not obese by any means I’m very healthy. Now I need to add that I do exercise and stay busy on 10 acres.
