The last five years?
Felt like I was secretly enrolled in a PhD program I never applied for.
Viruses, parasites, EMFs, vaccines, detox protocols, nutrition deep-dives, ancestral wisdom, spiritual warfare...
And that’s just scratching the surface.
What I didn’t expect:
All that studying? It led me back to one ancient conclusion.
Again!
We don’t need more fixing. We need to come home.
Somewhere between the 10th detox protocol and the 3rd “health guru” breakdown?
It hit me hard.
It’s not that we’re sick.
It’s that we’ve forgotten how to live.
I stopped seeing symptoms as problems. And I started seeing them as messages.
From the body. From the soul. From Nature herself.
And it all boiled down to this:
There are only 3 root causes of disease:
Deficiency (of real food, real sleep, real love, real sun)
Toxicity (from chemicals, stress, screens, synthetic living)
Trauma (stored in our bodies, ignored by our systems)
We don’t have thousands of diseases. We have one root imbalance: our system trying to come back into harmony.
That process is called allostasis. (Yeah, I've learned that too.)
And it’s the body’s way of saying: “I’m trying to get back to center. Will you help me… or keep fighting me?”
Here’s What I Know Now:
Healing doesn’t come from hacking your biology.
It comes from remembering your biology.
It comes from rhythm. From rest.
From food labels you can pronounce and moments you can feel. From saying no to the chaos and yes to the ground beneath your feet.
And most of all, it comes from this one sacred decision:
To stop outsourcing your authority.
To start living like your body is wise.
To come home to yourself.
But let’s be clear—health is just one part of that journey.
Because “coming home” is a whole-life thing.
Sometimes, the biggest roadblocks aren’t physical at all.
They’re buried emotions. Toxic relationships. Money fears. Unmade decisions that quietly drain your life force.
