Hey fearless friend,
Another day in front of your computer?
Creating content, client work, phone calls—you know the drill all too well. You rarely take time for yourself, your body, or even your mind.
In other words, you're completely disconnected from Nature. And you're not alone. More and more entrepreneurs live their lives between bed and screen.
With consequences—from poor sleep to depression and everything in between. We've created a gap between ourselves and Nature. But one question becomes increasingly critical:
How much longer can we afford this disconnection? What are the consequences—personally and professionally?
What Is Disconnection from Nature?
Few entrepreneurs even realize something is wrong. The Sunday walk with the family or your weekly dance class seems like enough movement. After all, movement is what Nature intended for us, right? But between these brief moments, we're deceiving ourselves.
In the professional world, we've long lost touch with Nature. Extended screen time and constant sitting were never nature’s intention. Let’s not even mention the fast food and convenience meals that fail to nourish us.
The only natural rhythm we vaguely respect anymore is day and night. Modern life has erased every other natural cycle. With the only exception may be seasonal fashion.
Our detachment from Nature is subtle, but its effects accumulate over time.
How Does Disconnection Happen?
No one consciously chooses to sever their connection to Nature. It’s a gradual, creeping process over many years. Usually, it starts small. You live in constant stress. Your workload increases. And then:
You stop taking time for yourself.
You begin eating faster.
You stop cooking homemade meals.
You mainly consume processed foods.
You neglect your social life.
You bury yourself in superficial or digital activities.
Constant stress, chemicals, and lack of rest slowly change your body. You become sluggish without even noticing.
Maybe you even gain a little weight. Just a bit—but it signals your body to reduce activity further.
You finally notice you haven't stepped outside in months. The only animal you've seen? A dead rat on the sidewalk by your apartment.

What Are the Consequences?
Look around—your environment, relatives, and friends.
Chances are, many suffer from stress, sleep problems, and chronic anxiety. Or they’re constantly sick because their immune systems simply can't keep up.
Early signs of burnout or creative blocks are common. Decision-making becomes challenging. Disconnected people often feel empty inside or experience a complete lack of purpose. The consequences vary but share a common root:
They result from poor lifestyle choices—a battle against Nature itself.
