Yeah, sugar is bad, bad, bad. Having said that I've got a packet of chocolate biscuits on my desk. Must do better.

Thank you, Daniel, great personal story. I've a similar one:

“I Was a Vegetarian for 36 Years – Then This Happened”

(Experience is more important than 1000 books and training courses)

Thank you Bernhard for your mindful comment. I wasn’t aware that you have a similar health story to tell. Thank you for the link. I like the article very much and to read the comments was quite funny. Some never will understand the difference between study, science and personal experience… :-)

I’m glad you found the diet that suits you. And I wish you the best health with many more years to come.

Thank you, Daniel, for your kind answer and good wishes. Also to you all the best for your path to a healthy body. In my perspective, there are no limits to healing!

You are absolutely right about people not understanding the difference between a perspective, truth, ... and an experience. This inspired me to write the following article:

“Knowledge is Not the Same as Truth”

(On the relativity of perspectives, theories, science, and religion)

The wake up call! We all get them at some point in our lives, hopefully not too late ⏰ As a “holistic” registered nurse. I’ve seen both sides of the coin and the one side is not pretty. I call it the “medical cartel industry” after being in it almost 3 decades. From my expert professional opinion, I can definitely say that they want to keep us sick and they want to keep us in the system. That’s how they make money- it’s criminal.

But we have the choice to change and get out of that system into the system that you’re creating here and that I have created myself and it’s not hard to do.

So glad that you made the decision to change and that you’re here.

I’ve lost weight on keto/carnivore too but I’m seeing worrying research that while this might be a good start it’s not a long term solution either. Jury is still out for me, that’s why I’ve just had a coronary angiogram.
