Instead of doing more, we should simplify and declutter life. Due to the speed of life and the abundance of information, we have lost our connection with nature and ourselves.
It took decades to understand this because I didn't even have time and was too exhausted to give it any thought.
Celebrating nature and the simple joys of life feels so good. I love the picture of the blooming tree from your farm. Is it cherry?
Thanks for mentioning my Substack growth mini-course. ๐
Thanks for your kind comment, Jerry. Glad you found your sweet spot to interact with Nature. And Iโm sure it helps with all kind of stress.
No, itโs actually a decorative plum tree. Not for the fruits (theyโre edible but very small) we planted it for the color of its leaves. A beautiful, dark burgundy red. A real splash of color in the gardenโฆ
Right? In a hyper-productive-obsessed world there must be a place just for beauty. Iโll send you a picture how the tree looks like in his dark red leaves. It takes some more sunny days and it will show his beautyโฆ
Man, this is so me. Trying to make more hustles, trying to improve at doing this and doing that. Sometimes I feel I just need to slow down and breathe the air. Thanks for sharing another fantastic piece, my friend. Well written.
Glad it resonates with you. Youโre certainly not alone with this hustle drama thatโs going on in our society. Back to slow is a good strategy. More regenerative and almost a guarantee for longevityโฆ
Yes sir. I totally agree. The Hustle and Bustle of life can really wear you down. I totally agree with that. I feel I had a tad of that this week myself. Sometimes we need to sit back and enjoy the smell of the cappucino beans. :) :)
That is so true, Daniel!

I love nature, and you're my favorite creator, helping others reconnect with their environment and themselves.
I love that you have that plum tree for the beauty. Not everything has to be productive.
